what kind of sh$t are people posting. I have a 97 and it fts fine, bolts directly on without any problems. The reason it doesn't come out all the way is because the bumpers on the 97-99 are a little longer, than the 95-96. After that all is well, i would recomend not to get it, because its as qiuet as thje stock exhasut. I totaly regret that i bought it, hope this helps. Get an apexi-n1 muffler or hks hyper, not the ws, trust me i know what im talkin about@!!!!!!

Kinda.

It does fit. It will bolt right up to the cat with no problems.

True, there is not a hole for the O2 sensor. I have this catback in the mail, and have checked into it, you can get the hole added for like $40 at most exhaust shops.

Yes it is a little short of the bumber, but theblue has it on his car and I really, really like the way it looks!

Question

Not sure I understand. Is the Apexi WS set as quiet as stock set up or not?

What are you talking about.....the A'PEXi WS is NOT as quiet as stock. It is quieter than the GReddy, but not as quiet as stock at all....ESPECIALLY if you drive around slowly, without kicking in the sound of the intake. I love the way it sounds. It DEFINITELY looks better than the GReddy too.

If the performance gains are there, is it realy that iportant that it sounds really loud. If you just want an annoying loud muffler, go buy a generic fart pipe.

After careful consideration and more searching i decided to go with the greddy cause i like the look better and also i wanted a little more sound..performance wise it will prob give the same gains as the apexi but i'd rather spend the extra $$ and be happy then disappointed
