My car has 69k miles on it and I haven't yet done the Radiator drain and refill. I just recieved a coupon from Nissan for the cervice. What kind of benifit will that accomplish? Will I notice any difference?

Or you can try to do it yourself.
1. drain the radiator
2. fill with water
3. close the radiator, and run the car for ~5 minutes
4. drain
5. repeat steps 2-4 couple times
6. drain the water, fill with 50/50 mixture.
You might want to put more coolant because during the process, you have more diluted mixture inside the engine block.
Don't forget to take out the reservoir and clean it.
Total process: <1 hour.

It is recommended that the coolant be drained and refilled every 30k miles. I change mine every 15k. Lack of properly maintaining the cooling system will result in a rusted out radiator core, clogged water passages, and a cooked engine (over time).
I think Nissan's official recommendation is to first change the coolant at 60k, then every 30k afterwards.
