i am thinking of cutting the upper divider of the bumper out. what i am talking about is the section above where you can see the radiator. what i am thinking about it cutting those 2 sections to make 1. has anybody thought/tried this? the main concern is i have never took my bumper off so when i cut the center piece out, will there be a gap on each side? like would i need to fill the gaps in or is it solid all the way through? ok i think i have confused everyone so i'll go now. kinda just sitting here on vaction trying to think of stuff to do to the maxima. thanks for the help in advance

 

I think I understand your idea, you want a tall grille. In other words you want a big grille under your top grille. It's a neat idea but don't compromise the safety factor, I mean what's gonna happen if you lose control and hit a car or a tree head on? I think someone has done this already though. Let me know if you decide to do it. it will look cool with the mesh too!

i did it but make sure u dont cut out the middle piece too much or else u will see the cut
