The infomercials look pretty convincing but I doubt it would work that great. I am not that lucky but then again I never tried it.

3M

I had good luck with 3M Scratch and Swirl remover. I used it to remove fine scratches my dealer's wash guys put in my black Max when they scrubbed the bugs off the hood. It removed a lot of scratches and minimized the rest. Note that they make one for dark cars and one for light cars.

Global and Java got it right on both accounts...GS27 did nothing productive for me and if anything, it madde the scratches worse...and 3M is very good at their scratch remover...highly recommended.

I bought some and it did wonders on our old 1986 Jeep but didn't do anything on our newer cars. I guess the Jeep had a different kind of paint.

Depends on where you live, Target stores now sell GS27 if you wanna try.

I doubt GS27 will last more than a car wash tho.

DO NOT DO IT!!! well, maybe.... i did this to my black miata and it ate through the clearcoat, sort of, i think. i rubbed it on good and after wiping it off and cleanin up, the area was all smokey white lookin. i was friggin ****ed. i use it on my maxima now since its white, but after i use it, i wax the area really good. if you hit, or vice versa, someone else and their paint gets on you car, this will take it off easily. it does take care of tiny tiny tiny scratches. if you are really **** about these small things, unlike me, i wouldnt use it. just dont use it on a dark color car.

I tried it on my black max and it did nothing to remove scratches and I think it may have made it worse. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone no matter if you have a light color car. However, I have heard good things about the 3M scratch remover but never tried it yet.

I bought it at Target...

(Target is such an awesome store)...

It didn't do jack on my superblack paint. I actually think a crayola crayon or a sharpie marker would have done a better job. The cream does an awesome job geting scratches out of CD's though. That's what I use it for now. So not all was a waste.
