I was out messin around tonight when this guy in a new WRX came up. He said he had an upgraded turbo and exhaust, im not sure what psi he had his turbo at but anyway we go out to a country road and race, to make a long story short it wasnt as close as I thought it was going to be, especially up top, he stayed fairly close until around 80 but by 105 he was way back (not sure how much, at 105mph I didnt really want to turn around and count the cars lol) I have yet to race someone that will really push me. I know a guy with a 3000GT VR-4 that I know will be a real challenge. Until next time....... Take Care

The VR4 should give you a good run. My friend has a '93 3000GT VR4 and that thing is fast. I rode in his car a few times before and now he even added a downpipe. We haven't race yet. He told me that he'll wait until I get my supercharger in because without the supercharger, he doesn't want to waste gas racing me without one! Cocky bastard! Even without my supercharger, I think I could hang with him. Most people underestimate the power of the Maxima. He haven't race a Maxima yet, so what does he knows, right?

if you don't have a SC or NOS a bone stock VR4 will blow your doors off.

I occationally see this 3000GT VR4 at the track. He claims that he have only minor mods that he did on his own since he isn't mechanically inclined. This person consistantly runs right around 13 sec. So depending on what you consider "hang with him..."

How fast are those stock? Just curious since I like those cars and even considering a used one..

I sent you an e-mail back.

Cumalot- Im afraid that the VR-4 will leave you way behind without a SC or NOS. I know a guy with a 99 SE with a 100 shot of NOS and when he raced the VR-4 he was behind until around 80 then he started to pull on him. Im guessin the VR-4 would beat you buy a good 6-10 cars to 100. Im hopin I will even be able to hang with my SCed Auto. Take Care

To the guy who said I will get my doors blown off by the VR4...really? You think? lol...noticed my smiley at the end?

Of course I know I'm no match for my friend's VR4. Like I said, I have been in his car a few times, so I know how fast it is. Come on guys, give me some credit, don't you think I know a VR4 will kill a NA Maxima, maybe even a SC Maxima? Maybe I should have included more smiles.

Still though, I won't shy away if he offers to race me.

I dont live in Denver and I do most of my own installing with a buddy of mine that owns a shop. I know of a shop in Ft. Collins called PFI it is a very good place to have stuff installed. They are very good at what they do and are reletively cheap. Take Care

Whats the phone number. Even though I could probably install the kit myself, I would feel better if someone else did it.

I was also wondring if they sold kits.

Thanks
