What is a VB mod?

I have a Maxima/Cefiro, its originally from japan and has the vq25dd motor. it has direct ingection into the cylinder and puts out 210 hp over the vq25de which has 160 or i might be wrong. But more to the point, is the vb mod got anything to do with the auto trans as i have that too
