My car stalls frequently and it is an automatic. I had it checked and they found that a coolant sensor went bad. I think it is more than that. It even stalls when I have it in neutral. Could it be the tranny? I have a 103,000 miles.
More information please

When does the engine stall? While idling? While traveling at highway speeds? Immediately after stopping for a traffic light? When the engine is hot? When the engine is cold? Is the idle smooth? What is the normal idle rpm, in Neutral? Does the engine start readily? Does it have good power?
