Cf Hood Stand?
#1
I just bought a Carbon Fiber hood from fiberimages, and it has been on my ride for a few weeks now. The new hood didnt come with any support bar, and i was just wondering what kind of hood stand is recomended for the Carbon Fiber Hood? I didnt want to put on the little gas hydraulic lifts i had on my stock hood. I am worried that they will put too much pressure on the hood and cause the CF Hood to bend or warp while holding up the hood. I was thinking more along the lines of a hood stand like the one that originally comes with the car. I dont have mine anymore, but before i buy a new one i was just wondering if this would be a bad move. Any help appreciated.
