25 S. Touring Key word here is touring, you probably have an SE. Most touring sedans have a sport suspension in them.

New Zealand models might not follow the same nomenclature we use here in America. For example, the current Maximas come in Si, ST, Ti, and Ti Leather. So, if I were to guess, you have an "ST" model.

GXE, SE, and GLE are model designations which apply to US/Canadian market Maximas. Those sold in other regional markets have equipment mixes which do not match the US models. The "25" in your model designation suggests that your car is powered by the VQ25DE engine. This is a 2.5 liter version of the 3.0 liter VQ30DE engine used in the US/Canadian market 4Gen Maxima.

The VQ engine family includes versions displacing 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 liters. Go to http://freshalloy.com/ for a nice Nissan engine catalog.

Take it to your Nissan of Infiniti dealer and let them figure it out.
