They have a different front and a totally different rear end. although what is in between is the same.

The 'Maximas' in the rest of the world look a lot like our Infiniti I30s.

Actually in Taiwan both our Maxima and the Cefiro are offered. Pretty sure this is the only place outside of the Americas the Maxima (in US form) is offered.
