So to make a long story short:

It was so bad that by 60 I couldn't tell you how many carlengths a head of me he was. But at the next light I told him I didn't think I could win, I just wanted to see him show his stuff. Its not everyday I get to go up against something like that in little ol' Golden Colorado.

They are really fast, even for how big they are. I think they run ~14.0 1/4 mi.

Oh well, what can you expect...S55 costs over 4x a Maxima when new (new vs new). I rode in one for the AMG "hot lap" event at a Mercedes driving event and it was a real blast...kicking the tail out in a big car like that results in LOTS of rubber smoke. Awesome.

Yeah, they are really fast. My cousin has an 01 S500 and he could smoke me if i started at a rollin 15mph and if he started from a stop.

It's O.K.

For the amount of money and power and engineering put into that car, I would hope so. No need to feel bad about it at least you didn't back down. I try to run with the MB-AMG's any chance I get just because I love the way they look when they're moving.

That pic looks real nice? Where you get the chrome handles from? They are not stock right? It is just real nice looking on there so I was curious.

ooooh
I drove that car.... ohh my gawd, that is a SICK car. It's amazingly quiet and gains speed effortlessly. However for that price, it BETTER drive the way it does.
