All cars should be like a delorean.... ;-)

Went to nissan dealership to find out if i could get spray paint for my 96 max.... turns out the color i want is only available on US cars... and since my car is from US origins... it makes sense... darn! it's that saphire blue color... really nice color i find... so i live in Canada, have a US car... and a bunch of scratches and no paint to fix it up....

anyone have an idea where i could pickup spray paint for max's? color code is B6N i believe...

the nissan parts guy mentionned a local guy who could create the spray for like 20$... yikes.... if anyone has an idea of a cheaper place... lemme know...

i live in montreal canada....

thanx,

Frank

how abt you take drive to nyc and use local nissan dealerships to do paint job for you? i recently drove from nyc to montreal and it took me abt 7 hrs. you can stay at local motel while the paint job is done. or look for local paint shops who can do your car.

Go to any body shop and tell them your story. Then ask them to make you a 1/2 pint of your cars color. Any body shop can make the color for you with the color code. Doesn't matter that it's a US car, Shirwin Williams Paint (most shops use that) will have it.

My friend had his old Monte taken apart sanded and repainted about a year ago or maybe a bit more and it was like 3K and it wasnt even the greatest. What I mean is that for more they do different types of painting of whatever but it could get up to like 5K if he went all the way for it.
