what do i do to make the back windows come down all the way? Can the dealer fix this. is there a way to turn off the child safe feature

 

I may be wrong, but i'm pretty sure that the windows can't physically go down much more than they do now....the door's only so tall at the wheelwell.

ive seen a picture im sure they can. It was a gold maxima and all the windows were down

 

there is no physical way to make them go all the way down.. there is no room for them to.

someone went way into detail on it before, but basically, there is no way without cutting off the bottom of the door and dropping the glass out.

 

I, too, wish the rear door windows could roll all the way down. It's a physical impossibility. The doors aren't long enough.

Measure the height of your rear door window. It is 17 inches. Now open the rear door and visualize where the trailing edge of the glass would be if the window was rolled down 17 inches. It's not inside the door!

If you are and you take a look real carefully, you'll notice that it only looks like the rear windows are all the way down. The shadows make the glass even more invisible than it already is.
