Whenever I apply my breaks at any speeds, it vibrates like the rotors might be warped. Any suggestions?

When you say "it vibrates", what is the "it" you are referring to? The brake pedal? The steering wheel? The entire car?

You may have warped rotors or rotors which have developed Disk Thickness Variation due to uneven wear. These conditions may be identified by measurement with a micrometer and a dial indicator gauge. For further information please refer to the Chilton repair manual (page 9-11) or the Haynes repair manual (page 9-10). These conditions may be eliminated by resurfacing the rotors or replacing them. Don't be too quick to condemn the rotors. Tires with an internal defect such as tread ply separation can give rise to similar symptoms.

The principal symptom of a problem with the rotors is a pulsating feel in the brake pedal. If the whole car shakes I'd focus attention on the tires. Please rotate the tires, exchanging fronts with rears. If the symptom vanishes or changes markedly, the problem was with the tires or wheels. If the problem remains unchanged the problem is with some vehicle component, possibly the rotors.
