I have 15's with 205/65/15 on 95 se rims
I wanted to know if anyone had advise about the tires imcontemplating in this size
Yokohama avid H4
BFG touring T/A HR4 or VR4
Pirelli sp4000 tiuring h or v

I need good grip, good wet traction and lateral/sidewall support. Anyone recommend any others that i can afford

Also, what are the differences with H and V rated tires
and what other sizes can I put on these wheels without having a smaller than stock diameter

if you go to wwwtirerack.com they have the differences between the tire ratings...

i just went through the buying new tire thing... there are too many different tires out there..

i eventually did a comparison on tirerack and decided on a set of tires..

Yokohama avid H4

I use this tire and like it very much, it has good grip and still maintains traction in the rain, another guy in my area(Dave B) has this tire and he goes to the track and says that the tire hooks up well on the pavement. Just my experience, there are better tires out there but for the money you can't beat them, I got them from a local TiresPlus.

I'm running the Yokos. They are flat out great tires. I got them a couple of months ago, at that time www.tires.com had the best deal.

I would recommend the Bridgestone Potenza RE950. They are all around great, especially in the wet.

I'm running Dunlop D60s and are great. They have been replaced by SP Sport A2. I highly recoomend them. They are good all season tires that give a performance edge when needed. FYI: the factory size for a 95-96 SE is 215/60 R15. The size tire you are currently using is for the GXE/GLE. The size difference between the two is too smaal to effect anything.
