Hi all,
After I did the cornerlight mod, which is to increase the wattage. My alarm no longer triggers the light blink when i turn it on or off. it still unlock and lock the doors, and still makes the chirping sound. But it doesnt make the lights blink when i turn it on, and when i turn it off. which it used to do before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

by cutting off one of the nubs on the bulb, you have altered the cicuit, and therefor the way that cureent flows through it. With the bulb mod, the lights will not flash unless you rewire the corners.

how do i rewire the corner? is this information available on the this website? under rewire corner light?

what other option do i have? if i replace the stock bulb which has been modified, to an aftermarket bulb with both nubs, would that replace the original current flow?

Check the fuses. This happened to me when I installed some fog lights. It just happened to be a 10amp fuse in my situation.

all my lights work. they just do not work when i turn on and off the alarm, there is no blink. does that mean its the fuse?

Yes I believe so. You'll need to check the fuses on the harnesses that attach the alarm brain to the parking light and not the main parking light fuse. I'm assuming it's an aftermarket alarm and if so then it has a separate power wire with an inline fuse that controls the blink of your lights. It's probably located under your dash.
