Well, after coming home after two monthes, my Maxima was dead, no sign of life no lights. It wasn't a biggie, I understand it can happen, but I got it jumped and let it charge and shut it off. The next day i tried to start it and it wouldnt crank, it was totally dead again. I got it jumped again and pulled it out of my garage, and as I was pushing on the brake pedal to stop it so I could drive forward it just went dead again (no I didnt stall it). So basically I went to get a new battery and it works fine now. My question is, might it be a problem with the alternator? because thats what I'm worrying about right now that the new battery is only a temporary fix.
Thanks
Thanks

Many auto parts stores offer a no-cost charging system test. This is done with an electronic tester and takes only two minutes. If you are concerned about your alternator, please have this test performed.

Well, the battery was a Motorcraft, which isnt the stock battery I believe. I know the there are a lot of variables, but the battery wasn't old, I suppose it could be the charging system.
I'll figure it out today or tomorrow
