Happened to others?
Didnt some one else hit a deer at the begining of the summer? One guy even said he hit a homeless guy once. Sorry to hear about it. I know the pics are coming but you get a damage estimate yet? How did it happen?

Happened last night. I had a 7pm-9:30pm class... I forgot to bring a paper I had to write in. Lucky for me I only live like 5 minutes from campus. So at 8:15 he gives us a 20 minute break. So I decide to run home real quick and get my paper. I pull out from school and get up to speed... the speed limit is 40, i was doing about 45. The road is almost pitch black and deep woods on both sides. All of a sudden this deer literally flew into the street... it was sprinting right at my freakin car. I slammed on my breaks but we were both going to fast... and BAAM. I couldnt stop there because I wouldn't make it back to class so I went home and examined the car real quick in my driveway. Let's just say it could have been a lot worse.... but its gunna cost alot to fix. And after school my friend took me over to the police station so I could get a police report just incase I need one for insurance.
All damage is on drivers side. Headlight was knocked in like 4 inches and smashed, clear corner smashed.. (side peice fell out), grill cracked, front drivers side corner panel destroyed... and luckely thats about it. Just a bunch of deer hair in all the cracks of the light. He must have hit my rim too because theres hair between the rim and the tire... but thank god no damage. I felt pretty bad about hitting him but at least he died instantly.
