How do I make AE Headlights?

Can someone give me instructions on how to open up my headlights so I can paint them. Now that I painted the chrome grill body color, I don't like the way the chrome headlight housings look. I have a general idea of what to do, but I need specifics like how long to heat them, etc. Thanks.

You don't paint the reflector itself, you paint the chromed surfaces around the reflector in the headlight housing.

Now that is an idea. I'll have to look into it. I have to take my car back to the body shop anyways to have them buff out the bumpers and it has to be there for the day. They have heat guns and everything there. I just might have to do this. Thanks for the idea.
