H&R's are European springs....specifically German...they have a good rep as being more comfortable than most springs...

Yeah, I just installed apex springs 2 days ago and I was very happy with the drop and with the ride. I only changed the springs and kept the stock '99 SE struts and the ride feels almost identical to the stock setup but much lower.

I found that the rear looked a little lower than the front with the apex springs, but even with the stock setup the rear looked lower already.

I think the springs lower the max around 40mm or so. The ones I bought had been used for around 1 year so the drop was a little more since they settle after time.

I wish apex would lower the front a little more because when I have my sub box in and other junk in the trunk the rear will be dragging on the ground.

if you look at the bottom of the car it should be even or just a tad higher in the rear with nothing in the trunk. the apex springs don't sag at all and if they do send them back. the front fender will look a little taller because of the cut of the fender well. the rear will always look better than the front. the drop on the apex are about 1.6" drop.

Yeah, your right, the springs lower the car the same front and back. It looks lower at the back on my car because I have a huge bandpass box in the trunk.

When I said they sagged I meant to say they settled a little bit. I am very happy with them so far.

B&G makes a very good spring as well. It drops the max the same as the apex and more than my h&r/tok setup
