Who was clearing 97-99 Tails for $$$?
I need to get my rear tails cleared, just that I don't want to buy a heat gun and all that other stuff, and run the risk of cracking my lenses.
Who was the person how was kind enough to offer to clear them in exchange for some cash?
Thanks!

Do them yourself
They are so easy to do. You don't need a heat gun, bake them in the oven at 220 deg. for 15 - 20 minuts. They come apart really easy. The cost of the flourescent light cover at your local hardware store is about 5 bucks!!!! Takes about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job.

Thanks guys!!
Thanks guys!! I love being part of the Maxima.org family ![Smilie](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The thing is that I bought an extra pair of tails just in case I messed up, and guess what? when I was finally getting the lens off, it kinda cracked in the middle, so I'm done trying to clear them on my own and I want some one that has experience on this.
So I'm willing to ship them out and have a pro do them.
Who on the West Coast is willing to give me a hand?
Thanks again!!!

sorry if im replying late, i tried clearing my tails myself too and i kinda messed it up a bit, melted the housing a bit...but if u want..go to custommaxima.com and they'll sell u the set of cleared red/clear tailights and ship to u for $195
one more question...if u put the whole tailight piece in the oven..wouldnt the whole thing start melting and changing its original form???

Just don't turn up the heat up too high or keep the taillight in there too long.
