H&R install question ????

Got the springs yesterday so I'll be putting them in today. I notice the rear springs are progressivly wound so which way do they go in? Tight windings face up or down on the strut?

Good by gap

If I recall correctly

The numbers are suppose to face right side up. I think when OgreDave and I installed mine, they only fit one way. The coils have to mount up with the strut and upper mount.

Do you see the numbers printed on it? They go in so that you can read them. Same for the fronts.

The springs have model numbers on them, place the springs on the strut/shock assembly so the numbers are right side up and facing outward.

The directions for a Koni/Sprint install is here. http://www.performanceix.com/how-to/...print_koni.asp

The other struts are simpler, no changing out of the cartridge. BTW, that's NickStam in the pics, with the Yanks cap and glasses. I don't want to know why he has jeans that were cool in the early 90s still on in 2000.
