My "cigarette lighter" doesn't work. I normally have my cell phone plugged in to keep it charged, but I just noticed there's no juice. Is there a way to fix or replace it without taking the console apart? Thanks.. Also, can someone explain to me how to add pictures to my signature. I read the vB code reference, but am still not sure. I don't have a personal web site. Is this necessary in order to post graphics?

 

You can get at the cigarette lighter without taking too much apart: just pop the panel that surrounds the shifter. Might just be a fuse, though- either the one in the car or the one in the phone charger.

For pics in the sig, you need to have the picture stored somewhere, like in a free web account. I don't know how to do it in VB, but you can use regular html to insert an image.

 

u do know that when the engine is off there is no juice from the cig liter. only when the ignition is on. well at least that's how it is wit my 95max. if i misunderstand ur posting then i apologize.

 

Have you checked the fuses? Seems a good place to start before opening up the dash.
