well some of you may know me...i used to own a 92 se 5 spd which was sold a few months ago...and after i pick up my new car this saturday i will be a proud owner of a 99 maxima se-l...i will post pictures once i get the car...so looks like im now typing in the 4th gen forum and no longer the 3rd...

already talked to greg, and ive already gotten a lot about the auto...but since i want to make a show car out of it inthe future, if i get really ****ed i will do a 5 spd conversion...but seeing jeffs car with the is300 paint and sarona body kid inspired me to stick with the auto

you could be fast sometimes , that goes up & down but you have to look good all the time. i also have an auto. good luck with your new car.

 

howd you do that to your corners? i dont mean the clears but the blue tint right near th headlights...anyways i ordered the trnz grill from greg for my sherwood green max and should look nicely...also what tpye of whel you got? car looks nice..is that the oriog color?

the paint on my car is factory (rosewood). the wheels are 18x8.5 AB-EINTZ with 245/40 nitto's 555. as for the corners they just have the hybrid bulbs in them.

 

how much did those run you..mayb you want to sell them to me? or where can i purchase some..

 

welcome to the 4th gen man! as for those "blue" bulbs... Bulb size is #1157. The majority of the people here I think have Polarg Hyperwhites. They are VERY blue when NOT lit, and give a whitish/blue "aka" Hyperwhite when lit... As for the price... they're not all that expensive.. just do a search on the internet.. you'll come up with many different places that have 'em. There are a lot of people here who have also done a rewiring of the cornerlight so that the intensity of the corner is closer to the headlight. You can find directions on how to do the rewiring of the corner lights at www.maximadriver.com in the "how 2" section.
