I have a 99 Maxima and a 97 I-30...i can
find sites for customizing maximas, but
does anyone know any sites for I-30s??

welcome, the two cars are so similar that anything that applies for one does the other with the exception of body mods. there aren't really any sites specificly for the i-30. that's the real world....sigh. but this site is pretty good and there are quite of few i-30 owners here that can help. good bunch of guys.
