DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid. There are tons of brands to choose from but most go with Motul 600, Motul 5.1, or ATE Superblue for street use.

DOT 3 has a dry boiling point of around 401 deg F (wet boiling point is 284 deg F)
DOT 4 dry is 446 deg F, wet is 311 deg F.

Remember, these are MINIMUM specifications. Other brands have much higher boiling points, ie Motul 600 is 585/421, ATE Super Blue is 536/392, Castrol LMA 446/311, Ford Heavy Duty 550/290
