Using GL5, cause for leak?

Is it possible that my tranny leak at the gear selector sensor was caused by me using GL5 instead of GL4? I dumped the entire tranny fluid tonight and will replace it with GL4 after I do the clutch job.

Probably not, the problem with the GL5 is the way it attacks some of the metals in the tranny.

I have a 97 max, and I had a 95 Altima that had the same/similar problem. I thinks it's just a Nissan thing like the starter
