The exaust mods add a lot more HP but the leight weight parts get you into and threw your power band quicker.I just re-read your question and I took a different take on it this time. The flywheel and UDP will really help your car rev up in 1st and 2nd, exaust mods play little to no effect on how quick your car revs.
sx7r, me and the max have gone fishing at that spot quite a few times, I usually just cast out the sunroof and listen to some tunes.
Ok, I am joking, I do fish there but not in my car
