Clutch shifting problem.. HELP!!!

Nismo2020 has a 97 gxe with an act stage 1 clutch. he is at home no computer. so i am helping with this. he is STUCK, almost impossible to drive the car. The clutch is about 6 months old and had roughly 5000 miles on it. It is very difficult to shift into any gear. he has to kick, yes kick, the clutch several times to get it to go into gear. while the car is not running it will go into every gear with zero problems. checked clutch fluid, it was a little bit above the min line. he is adding fluid and gonna try some other things. any help would be great. thanks. i am at work and do nothing but sit in a room so i will be checking back. BIG THANKS
