Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 1004

I've searched through the sticky and on vbxmaxima's ecu decoder but could not find anything. I am sure that this is the right code bc I did this several times and the same sequence appears.

Does anyone know what DTC 1004?

haynes manual has no 1004. 0104 is vehicle speed sensor or circuit fault. any chance it could be that? sorry but that's all i can think of. good luck

I have a '99 SE with a different ECU than the other 4th gens. I wonder if any new diagnostic trouble codes were added?

My car drives prefectly fine but it just bothers me that I can't decipher my dtc code.
