I have a '97 SE. I have the factory alloys on it and I have lost teh key to the locking lug nuts. Also, I bought the car used and I do not have the I.D. card for the key. I need to get the locknuts off. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

any locksmith person can do that for you, or take car to dealer.

 

Car dealers, and large tire shops will have tools to remove the wheel locks (they may have to break the lock though).

 

if you don't wanna pay someone to remove the locking lug, you can always use a impact socket & hammer it over the lug & loosen it that way.
thats how the shops do it when they don't have a key. the locking lugs are usually not that tight anyways

 

Go to the dealer and they'll help you out. They should have a master key set and can match it up to what you have and order the correct lug key.
