windshield washer fluid motor dead?

So it just stopped suddenly one day. No noise at all. So its either dead or a fuse blew. If it is a fuse does anyone know where it is, i've looked already and there isn't one dedicated to the motor. Also, where is the motor? Is it by the acutal tank in the fenderwell?

good question, i would check the FSM fot the diagram if i was you, there should be alist of parts that make up the system and thus any motor's and fuses SHOULD be linked to that page.

Get the FSM for your year

Most likely the motor is dead, its not uncommon. The motor is actually attched to the resoiver. All you have to do is pull it out and unpug the hose and electricl plug to it. I believe a new unit from the dealer is around 15 bux if I remember correctly.

Also check to make sure the spray nozzles are not clogged. Mine were clogged with green mold and I blew them out with air.

Could be, but you should still be able to hear the motor working if that were the case.

what happened to your harness to cause that? Yea its not clogged. There is NO sound at all. I'll go to the dealer to check out how much the motor is tommorow.
