Need indepth clarification of these codes.

So my SES lights came on and i pulled up these codes
0701 - Random misfire
0210 - Fuel system lean/ Bank 2

I changed my plugs about 2 weeks ago, and thats when the light came on. I've combed the web and the org but havent found anything thats indepth enough.
My MAF is apprently fine, because i did a few tests and it passed.
Is it my 02 thats throwing the bank 2 code?
How many does 02s does my car have and which side am i looking at replacing?
I have a 98 SE.

Did i mention that its revving high too? This happened after i cleaned the throttle body. And i just replaced the fuel filter, so with all these things mentioned, can someone tell me what it is that i'm doing wrong?
someone please give me some insight.

Thanks

P.S: Does anyone know other MAF test? I did a couple which shows its working fine, but i'd like to know what worked for you.

Double check your work. Make sure the vacuum lines are not broken, cracked, disconnected, or pluged into the wrong place.

I did, and have had a second person double check it, but still the rpm is really high and it fluctuates between 1000-2000.
When i first start the car, it jumps to 2200, then drops to about 1500, then 1000 eventually.
Some suggest i try disconnecting the MAF harness and drive it. The car was hesitating BIG time, i couldnt even drive 2 meter and plugged it back in. Is my MAF truely gone or is it just a bad TPS?
Bare in mind the 0210 code i pulled.

so you had ZERO problems before you replaced the spark plugs?

Did you remove the TPS when you cleaned the throttle body? If you did, it needs to be adjusted.

I had one problem which was the rpm dropping to 500 from 650 sometime. so someone suggested i clean the throttle, and thats when the problems started.
As for the TPS i think the most i did was maybe unplug it and put it back.
How do i check to see if its off, and if it is, how do u reposition it?
