weird tps problem and throttle body
Ok i noticed I could not get more than 60% throttle to show on my eu. The thottle body opens all the way but it wont read more than 2.66 v or 60%. Ok so I though it was the tps sensor got another one but same thing. Well I took the sensor off the throttle body and turn the sensor by hand and it would read 4.50 v with 100% but when on the throttle body it wont read more than 2.66v or 60%. The throttl body plate will fully open and the side where it goes just has a small pin through a circle to turn the tps and im missing something or do you know what it could be!

I've heard of this happening twice before, once was another .org member and I don't know if it ever got resolved, and the other was a personal experience I had on an .org members car, I didn't do much diagnosis on it except for swapping out tps's, It was on a 5th gen tb (oovi) and I tried using both 4g and 5g tps (which are almost identical, almost) neither fixed it and the reason I didn't do much diagnosis was because I knew shortly down the road a pftb was getting installed, but I remembered being puzzled at the time and it didn't make any sense whatsoever.
I mean there is not much to that set-up except for the litttle nub peice. What's weird is that this problem happened to you out of the blue, now, hears something I'm thinking....... When you checked that the butterfly was fully opening, was the tps in place? Maybe something hits the tps arm when it's installed? I dunno?
