New best 1/4 mile time...

Well, the cold air really paid off tonight. SEGuy182 and I went down to MMP test and tune. I got a new best time...way better. My previous best was 15.8.

My new best:

R/T: .700
60': 2.309
1/8: 9.943 @ 71.77
1/4: 15.455 @ 88.40

There were lots of interesting cars there...
Supercharged NSX: 12.77
New Silverado Pickup: 12.7
Harley fat boy type thing: 11.something

Very true.

The only "go" mods I have are an intake and....well, that's it.
Luckily, it was about 60 degrees out there.

It's not a CAI...it's an HAI, but I'm thinking of giving OSCAI a try next time...

I'm running stock 15 inch steelies with 215/60 Bridgestone RE950s @ 26psi. Do a quick burnout to get the dirt off em. Stage really shallow. Hold the brake. As soon as the lights start to come down, floor the gas. Let off the brake as soon as I think about it duriong the last yellow.

Easy.

My best R/T last night was a .534

So, do think the fact that the 95s have the least "speed emissions" contributed to my fast time...dork...
