vlsd 2001 20th Ae tranny problem help
wasup i just put in a 2001 20th Ae tranny in my can but it did not come with a speed meter sensor so i used my old one from the other tranny but now the speedometer does not work and my car keeps shutting off anytime i slow down and i also used the old neutral safety switch from the old tranny as well are the sensor different and the check engine light is on

i'm not absolutely certain, but i think the VSS on the 2001 tranny was different. a symptom of our cars is that if you unplug thet speedo, the car will shut off every few miles. You might need to use the proper sensor so that it does not keep shutting off.

The guy is going thru hell with his car shutting off, nevermind giving him props for a crazy project like that, you wanna buy it off him ???!!!!
