FED or Cali Spec

FED or Cali Spec

How do u tell if u have a fed or cali spec on a 99 maxima SE? i thought i saw a website that told u the difference but i cant remember it. can anyone plz help me out?

look and see how many 02 sensors you have......cali spec has 4

the thing i read a while ago was that if u have a o2 sensor between ur cat and resonator pipe u are either cali or fed i cant remember! lol i need some help with this one. i think it was on like warpspeed or something i cant remember where i read it

but i have 4 o2 sensors. one on each exhaust manifold and two on the stock y-pipe

You can use the VIN. It's in the STICKIES.

Keep it simple.......look at the sticker on the left side, underneath the hood........if its Cali, it will say "this vehicle conforms to Federal and California........".

cali spec sucks take off every signle cat ure car has and it will be much better =d

thats why ima get my y-pipe and replace the O2 sensors that are making my check engine light come on

Why do you want to know if your car is Cali or not? It is, but what seems to be the problem?

are YOU trying to be funny.....lol.
the stickies are the first 10 threads at the top of the page that all say STICKY in front. they are impossible to not see everytime you come to this forum or anyother.
