It's all a matter of opinion.
You seem to be going for the 'All White' look, especially with that Sarona v1 grill. But then again, you have dark wheels. So, it's a toss up. I think you need to ask yourself what are your future plans (cosmetic wise) and imagine how it will look when it's all done. Then decide on which headlights to go with (chrome version vs black). If this is your final cosmetic mod, I'd search the members ride forum to find pics of members with white cars and these headlights in both chrome and black version. For starters, look up ewuzh--he had both chrome and black at one point in time. Also, check cardomain. Here's a pic of the dark ones on my max.

Also, you do know the light output sucks on these, right? Plan on doing a retro of any sort?

On a side note, why is your signature so huge???

I've been trying to find a pic of these on a white 4th gen. My wheels are dark, I have smoked side markers (from a Saab 9-3 Viggen), and smoked red/clears from ebay. I just think with the 95-96 bumper and the Stillen SMX grill (yup, it's an old school Stillen from pre-sarona days) it's hard for me to picture. I was planning on doing a pnp HID kit. Is the light output really that bad?

As for my sig, I'm about to change it.

That sucks. I think I'll just AE my stockers and try to fix the broken tabs. Don't really feel like messing with a retrofit.

They are the same ones as posted in post #1. You can buy them seperately, or with the headlights on ebay. Check the members ride forum, or car domain for more pics. I have more pics, but I don't want to ***** up the OP's thread.

Those are the best headlights for a projector retro-fit. I like the reflector high beam/projector low beam look. There's a few people on here that have done this, it looks awesome.

Heres my input, i got them, put em on, saw the light output was horrible. OK, so i got an HID kit. Light out put was still only so so and all my friends told me the one piece doesnt flow well with maximas, so now im back to stock with HIDs. Just my .02 cents.

If you search for my old thread, about a month or so ago, i put up a poll and a few guys here posted pics of those lights. They work well with certain cars but honestly i think stock lights are the nicest. I spent the 200 dollars and in the end it wasnt worth it.
Lights - $200
HID PnP - $250
$450 total and the look is all dependant on how your car is set up.

I believe you were not happy with the results because the housings aren't meant for HID. Now do a real projector retrofit...TL, TSX, S2K etc and the results are much different. (but obviously more $$$ too)

R34+projector retro=
