Tranny Problem Question - Anyone with experience on this!?
To anyone that ever had the problem of replacing the manual tranny bearings...
My axel seal is leaking tranny fluid, I had it (seal) replaced and it is leaking again. Some people here told me that they had the same problems and that the bearing may need to be replaced since it allows the axel to move and stretched out the seal.
If anyone knows anything about it, can you post some feedback. Those bearing are not too expensive, so I want to fix this ASAP.
I have a shop to do this at, I just need to know what kind of bearing it is, and what MAY be causig the problem besides the bearing!?
In any case the problem is - TRANNY FLUID IS LEAKING WHERE THE AXEL SEAL IS.
