Can rear O2 cause EVAP problems?
Can rear O2 cause EVAP problems?
K, well heres the deal. I recently had a front o2 code and an IAT code. Fixed both. Within a day CEL came on and now i have an 0707 and an 0705. The autozone guy definatly told me it was the front o2 and IAT. The IAT was unplugged so thats fixed now for sure, and there no codes for it. Is it possible the guy quoted me the wrong o2 sensor? And could a rear o2 cause EVAP canister problems? I dont even know where the evap stuff is so i dont know if by accident i could have messed it up when cleaning my throttle body. Im seriously gunna bug out if they caused me to buy a $65 part for no reason, and now i dont have the old sensor so i would need to buy another o2.
Nah it wasnt universal, it was a bosch that had the connector already on it. Either way its not the issue, i had a front o2 sensor code so i replaced it, now i have a rear o2 code and an EVAP system code. Im just curious if they are related, will a new rear o2 fix the evap problem?
