Upgrading headights from 9004 to h4

I just got some cefiro one piece headlights. I have them installed but need to do some final fitment of them. I can't seem to get them to aim properly. The light is scattered in every which direction except on the road in front of my car, making it almost impossible to drive at night. I got these from another member and I believe he just put his 9004 bulbs into this housing. I know the cefiro's are made for an h4 bulb and was wondering what it would take to convert to the h4. I've found plug and play adapters and would like those but I want to make sure changing to H4 bulbs isn't going to fry my wires.

I'm not 100 % sure, but i think h4's use 55 watts, and 9004's use as much as 65 watts when your brights are on, so i don't think it should fry your wires, but like i said, i'm not 100% sure.
