Urgent: A/c delete info

Last night at midnight my car broke down far away from my house. The a/c compressor clutch seized up and the pulley blew off and onto the street. I'm a broke college student and I can't afford the tow, however I do have the part coming.. but I need the car as I can't get to school.

What I need to know is if you can delete the ac by using a different belt, and if anyone knows which particular belt that is, I'd be greatly appreciative. I did a search on a/c delete but nothing showed up. I just want to take the car home and fix it here where my tools are .. Thanks alot for your help.
