heated seat switch + more

So just my luck I was taking my mom somewhere and it being cold as hell I turned both heated seats on and when we arrive at our destination I clicked mine off and hers wouldn't turn off. It's like stuck in the high (vs. low) position and it wobbles to and for and up and down but will not turn off or go to low. So no matter how I wiggle it, it won't I guess, "re-catch itself"? Anyways I guess I have to take it apart and re-attach the rocker switch thingy to whatever.

In the meantime, could someone tell me what fuse/relay it is for the heated seats so I can take it out and not have it on every time the cars on, until I get around to fixing it? I'm assuming its in that fuse box right inside on the left under the dash but all the labels are faded so I don't know which one is which.

And if you want another laugh I finally got my system set up 2 weeks ago, 1800watts and 2 pioneer 12s with nothing mounted cause I haven't got L brackets yet and so last time it rained (couple days ago) I went drifting for fun around this huge circular road (cause I'm retarded) and everything slid around and ripped the wires I spliced into the back left speaker for signal straight out, so I have to redo that.

And one last laugh I was removing the wood grain on the dash cause it somehow was splitting apart due to moisture and when holding the pop out tray with my hand to scrape the woodgrain off I broke the clip and so now the tray is permanently out and extremely annoying. I also managed to scrape off a nice amount of paint off one of the buttons (and have colored it in with a black sharpie) as a nice fix.

And now a question, I've heard steam cleaning your engine is bad for it from a bunch of people, but I've also heard it doesn't affect anything and that those people are dumb, all I know is my sh*t is dirty looking and I want it to look nice so is steam cleaning a good idea? If so, about how much would it be and would I go to a detailer or a dealer to get it done?

Thanks in advance guys.

They aren't going to make separate fuse box stickers and fuse panels for each possible combination of factory options.
