I would say get the parts from a junk yard and i dont think there is a place that would do that for you well at least any certified autobody shop. you may need a michanic buddy to do it if you cant do it on your own? plus are you you just talking about the tail lights? or the bumper cover too? cause I am pritty sure that the cover is the same.

 

all you need is a trunk lid and lights... any body shop should do it if you can't diy.

just buy some lights and a bumper

 

ii thought the only difference between the 95-96 from the 97-99 was the tailights i didn't think they have different bumpers
