Car-Sound High Flow Cat, or Motostorm UDP

Hey guys, I have been researching this for the past week and I STILL havent been able to come to a conclusion. So I am asking for your advice. I have a 95 , AUTO, with a Place Racing CAI and a Warpspeed Y. And I need to know which would be the best MOD to do right now. And what kind of gains can I expect?
Its between a Motostorm UDP or a Car-Sound High Flow Cat. Any other suggestions will be taken into consideration. Thanks

Both are worthless mods and won't yield you anything. CPU, lightened flywheel or less rolling mass would be my choices.

For performance, go with the UDP. It made a noticeable difference on my 5spd.

I doubt the "high-flow" cat will do much, if anything, in terms of performance.

I have a test pipe, which would be even less restrictive than a high-flow cat, and I didn't notice a much of a difference at all. It might be worth 1 or 2 horsepower.

^^^HE is worthless. The heck with people that say a UDP does nothing. I can't speak for autos, but it DID make a difference on my 5spd.
oh and CPU? I think he means ECU...cuz this is a car

I put the cosmo UDP on my auto and noticed a difference. Seems like it brought back the lower torque I seemed to have lost with my cai and exhaust. Its all speculative, had to say that as I didnt dyno and cetain people will jump onto what Im saying and dismiss it.
