Series of bad events....check out the demise of my Max
So...the other night it was raining pretty heavily as I was driving home from Kroger. I look down for a second, look back up and theres a lexus ls300 stopped about 30 ft or so in front of me. I was doing about 45 and locked them up, down shifted and tried to turn but no luck....

then, luckily....someone...most likely one of my neighbors backed into my driver's side door leaving a pretty nasty dent...not to mention no one wil own up to it.... Im so pissed I dont know what to do.

oh man, that sucks. The same thing happened to me this past summer. I locked them up, and slid underneath the rear end of a Jeep Cherokee. I pretty much caught the hood only. The driver side headlight mount broke and the grill was toast. I jumped on the hood for a few minutes in the middle of traffic to get it down. My max isn't worth it to me anymore though, so it still has a giant crease in the hood.

hahahaa..the hood jump....its classic, i had to do the same move. It was fun I for what thats worth, ha.
Yeah, at that point, you're just thankful to be able to drive it home. The guy in the jeep was like "man, that's going to cost you a couple grand." I just smiled, and told him I'd have it fixed by the end of the afternoon. And I did.
