easiest way to syphon gas (im not stealing)

Im trying to get the gas out of my parts car. it has about 2/3 of a tank left. i tried syphoning but there must be a screen that prevents a hose from going into the tank.

what is the easiest way for me to get this gas out?

Turn the car upside down and push the little flap aside with a stick

Drill a hole in the bottom of the tank and hope it doesn't spark

Seriously you actually might not want that gas depending on how long it's been sitting.

perhaps remove the fuel filter in the engine bay, plug a hose onto the hard line and get some power to your fuel pump.

To get power there is a relay on the drivers side behind the kick panel. If you can put a battery in the car just use a wire to jump the terminals. If not just hook up a battery there. The pump doesn't pump very fast but it will work.

Also don't remove the fuel filter. Just cut the hose after the filter and shove a larger diameter hose over it. Like a garden hose 6 feet long so the gas can can sit on the ground. Or just pull the other max up next to it and throw the hose in the gas tank.

use a paper puncher and punch a hole under the bottom and catch it in a bucket.
