Mmmk, so i bought a SS clutch line off ebay for about 35, and installed it today.
Short DIY, sorry no actual pictures, but from what i can recall -

This is only advice.. if you follow these instructions and mess something up, please dont blame me!
Take off your intake and take out your battery for easier access.
Find your clutch line.. its kind of circled in red at each end in this picture:

Find the end that is kind of outlined in red on the right side.. follow the line, and youll find a clip sort of thing with a bolt on one side. (similar to the one you find on brake lines) Its a 14mm iirc. Loosen it, then take out the clip with pliers. The end of the clutch line should come out easily..

The end on the right side is what im talking about.
The area in green is where the two lines connect. You dont have to disconnect each side of the line. You can just take out the whole assembly. (Metal assembly can be seen in the picture below)
There are 2 10mm bolts holding it in. Remove them and the assembly should come off easily. There is also another bracket holding some wiring, i just took the clutch part out then bolted the bracket holding the wire right back in.
Here is the part i had trouble with - the end attached to the lower slave cylinder (banjo end).

The end on the right goes directly to the slave cylinder, and the end on the left connects the two lines together. You can also see the two holes for the two 10mm bolts.
The banjo end is held in by a 12 mm bolt. I had difficulty taking it out, and ended up nearly stripping it because it is very difficult to access and mine was very stuck.
What i did (and may be simpler to do) was i took out the entire slave cylinder with line attached. There are 2 14 mm bolts which are much easier to access. Pretty simple to take out. Your whole slave cylinder and line attached to it should come out. I used a vice grip to hold the slave cylinder and a ratchet w/cheater bar to take off the bolt.
When you install your new line, make sure to mark above one of the holes of the bolt going in the banjo end. You need to line up the hole with clutch line. One washer goes above the banjo end, one goes below.
Installation of everything else is pretty straightfoward.
Be sure to bleed the clutch at both lower and upper bleeder valves.
Others who have done this before, feel free to add advice or correct me, ill edit it in.

Tell me where and ill try to clear it up.
Also, it should take care of the clutch leak unless your master or slave cylinders are leaking, or you dont tighten the bolts properly.

I stripped the 12mm bolt on the banjo on the slave last night, so taking out the entire slave is exactly what I was planning to do, good to see someone else has already done it.Originally Posted by wiggafly808
