You mean the blower motor?

If so, that's behind the glove box and to the right a little. Held in by three screws. Easy to get to once the glovebox is removed.

Yep. It's pretty straight forward and intuitive. Remove the screws at the top of the glove box, bottom of glove box, and the screws holding the little metal hook for the latch. Then pull softly so you don't brake the plastic fishhook thingies and finally remove the light bulb socket. You'll figure it out as you go. It's easy.

Why do you need acess to the blower motor in the first place? What's wrong?

Yes, something definately could have gotten in there. I had 3 leaves in mine at one point, it drove me nuts!!! But I had it coming since I removed the plastic screen/mesh that surrounds the windshield wipers. Is your screen/mesh still intact that is by your windshield wipers? Regardless, you'll be in and out of there in 30 minutes, so I still suggest you get to and inspect the blower motor.

Yup, that's it on the bottom right of the picture.

You won't be near any airbag connections. If you do come across any (yellow in color) there is no need to disconnect them for this task.

Slow down bro..... that sentence makes hardly any sense. LOL

You can remove one of the lower screws on the right holding the dash to the frame if you feels it's necessary. It makes the job a little easier, but it's not mandatory by any means. That should be the only supplemental screw that you remove though. The blower can be removed once the 3 screws are removed which hold it in place. It's tight and you have to pull/twist/jiggle it a little bit to get the blower motor to drop down, but it's doable.
