Headlight problem

So, i got in my car one morn, started it up, turned on my headlights and found a curious problem. My driver side headlight, both high/low don't work and my bright symbol on the dash stays lit when i turn on my headlights but not my running lights. Ive looked at the bulb but i havn't replaced it, it looked okay but i know that can be misleading. I guess it minght be the stalk. i kinda wiggled it around to see if it the lights both dash and headlights would flicker and none did. And both of my oem fogs still work. any ideas?

fixed, lose connection in the plug to the light.

oh, for you OEM guys, do your fogs stay on when you turn on your brights?
